GitHub 宣布，自 2026 年 7 月 30 日起，GitHub Models 已正式停止服务。模型游乐场、模型目录、推理 API 以及自带密钥（BYOK）功能均不再向任何客户开放，包括仍有活跃使用记录的现有客户。GitHub 建议需要 AI 模型访问能力的项目迁移至 Microsoft Foundry，并建议希望直接在 GitHub 中构建 AI 工作流的开发者使用 GitHub Copilot。此举完成了 GitHub 于 7 月 1 日公布的全面停服计划。

As of July 30, 2026, GitHub Models is now retired. The playground, model catalog, inference API, and bring your own key (BYOK) are no longer available to any customer, including existing customers with active usage.
This completes the retirement we announced on July 1.
For new and existing projects that need AI model access, Microsoft Foundry offers a broad model catalog. To build AI-powered workflows directly on GitHub, GitHub Copilot gives you access to a range of models.
