本次发布包含：

• 支持所有 Copilot 计划： 包括 Copilot Free 和 GitHub Education 用户。使用 GitHub 账户登录，点击几下即可开始您的第一次会话。
• 无需 Copilot 计划也能构建： 自带密钥（BYOK），即可在您自己的模型提供商上运行会话，无需 Copilot 订阅。

若要在 Copilot Business 或 Enterprise 计划上访问 GitHub Copilot 应用，您的组织或企业管理员必须在策略设置中启用 Copilot CLI。

The GitHub Copilot app is now available on every Copilot plan. Sign in with your GitHub account to start agent-driven development from your desktop. Available on macOS, Windows, and Linux platforms.

With this release:

• Every Copilot plan is supported: This includes users on Copilot Free and GitHub Education. Sign in with your GitHub account and start your first session in a couple of clicks.
• You can still build without a Copilot plan: Bring your own key (BYOK) to run sessions against your own model provider, no Copilot subscription needed.

To access the GitHub Copilot app on a Copilot Business or Enterprise plan, your organization or enterprise admin must have the Copilot CLI enabled in the policy settings.
