为什么是现在
功能完整的 PR 由 Agent 群体编写，却没有真正有时间的人来审查。
过去，一名工程师一次只会提交一个 PR。如今，少数工程师各自运行多个 Agent；每个 Agent 都会创建涉及数十个文件的 PR，而所有这些变更都可能在同一个下午合并到同一代码库中。
旧有的假设——每项变更只有一位作者、每个 diff 都由人工阅读、部落知识存在于人们的头脑中——已经不再成立。我们认为，要让这种构建软件的方式真正安全，需要具备三项条件。

Why now
Full-feature PRs, written by swarms, reviewed by nobody who really has time to.
A single engineer used to open one PR at a time. Now a handful of engineers each run several agents, each agent opens PRs that touch dozens of files, and all of it lands on the same codebase in the same afternoon. The old assumptions — one author per change, a human reads every diff, tribal knowledge lives in people's heads — don't hold anymore. We think three things need to exist to make this way of building actually safe.
